I had a bad experience with Larry Miller Dodge ram . I made appointment only online for Monday July 14th . Was told they could not look at my truck for a week . Was patient so left truck because check e I made appointment only online for Monday July 14th . Was told they could not look at my truck for a week . Was patient so left truck because check engine light was on concerned I could do more damage to the truck . Did not here back from them . So following week called and left message . Going to say at least over 10. Finally spoke with manager he relayed message to Donny. Still never got back to me. Went in following week July 28 th to get truck . Finally got some answers. I am up in the air about doing any business with them. As far as buying another truck with them or getting my truck serviced with them. My truck is used for my business. So I really needed it and got stuck with renting a truck. Due to there lack of service. I would hope to hear back from someone. More
They are completely unprofessional with techs that don’t have a basic understanding of changing oil. Left drain plug loose right before a 250+ mile trip!!!! Oil everywhere. Miller Dodge Dealer Service department is the worst customer service I’ve received in my in my life and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN N Miller Dodge Dealer Service department is the worst customer service I’ve received in my in my life and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN NOT EVEN IF THEY OFFER ME COMPENSATION. The service advisor Mark, has a problem with communication. I took my car in for oil change and to get checked for fuel tank gauge not reading level properly. This place took 8 working days not including Saturdays to diagnose the issue. I don’t know how a service dealer can take 8 days to diagnose and leaving me without a car for this long. When asked for a vehicle loaner Mark said that their fleet only had 3 vehicles and where not available. More
Service has been exceptionally slow both times I have taken my truck in for recalls. Estimates to diagnose or fix other known manufacturer problems ranged from weeks to months of leaving my truck at the taken my truck in for recalls. Don't purchase any prepaid services (oil changes, etc) unless you wont need your vehicle for atleast an entire day. I will not buy another RAM vehicle due to their service problems. More

Service drive is understaffed and not organized!
