From the time I walked through the door until I left, I felt that the staff at the dealership really wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. The salesman was awesome and was able to answer every question felt that the staff at the dealership really wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. The salesman was awesome and was able to answer every question I had. The first person you meet usually will determine if you want to buy from a dealership. The finance department was the most honest in have experienced while purchasing a vehicle. It was late at night when I made the purchase so I brought it back the next day to get detail, and again a great experience. My salesman was off but a sales manger gladly assisted me in getting my vehicle taken care of and even inspected it to ensure the detailing was done nicely, and it was. I will be recommending to friends. More

The service department is not that great when you sit in your vehicle for 30 minutes after pulling up to service and nobody helps you and the only reason why somebody does come up to your car is because you your vehicle for 30 minutes after pulling up to service and nobody helps you and the only reason why somebody does come up to your car is because you call them and tell them that you’ve been there since 1050 for an 11 o’clock service appointment is unprofessional. It took me to call somebody for me to get help. And mind you my appointment was at 11 and I did not leave there until after 1 o’clock for a simple oil change. More

The staff treated me fairly and with respect. Sebastian went the extra mile to make the sale happen. Service was very slow. You schedule an appointment and get there early and it still takes them over an hour to actually take your vehicle to the bay to get worked on. Then once done it takes another long wait before you’re told your vehicle is ready. More
