Saleman was great. Finance person was horrible. Extremely high pressure to buy an extended warranty. Basically said the electronics would fail before the warranty expir Finance person was horrible. Took over 5 hours to get out of the dealership after we agreed to buy the vehicle. In the two weeks since the purchase they have either not answered the phone or didn't return calls. Basically sell the vehicle and then totally ignore you. More
My last 2 visits have been less than stellar. The first visit, I called the service tech twice to schedule an appointment, no return call, so I go on line to make an appointment, made the appoin The first visit, I called the service tech twice to schedule an appointment, no return call, so I go on line to make an appointment, made the appointment, got to the dealership only to be told my service can’t be done that day. My last visit, I just walked in to get an oil change and the tech told me it would be at least 2 hours, so I made an appt for the next day. I show up and the tech tells me it will be 2 hours. I said I made an appointment and that it has never taken 2 hours. His reply was that it takes that long to do a good job. if I wanted a poor job I could go to one of those quick change places. When I saw my car being pulled into the ready lane (40 min later), I went over to the office, he gave me my keys and said have a nice day. I get home and get an email that there were 6 items that needed attention. He never said a word about any of it. More
Im very pleased with my service advisor Junior, who went above and beyond on getting 3 different items that were under warranty taken care of all at once. I'm glad I didn't have to keep taking my car back t above and beyond on getting 3 different items that were under warranty taken care of all at once. I'm glad I didn't have to keep taking my car back to get the other issues fixed. More
