Almost 6 months and I still don't have my truck back I have held back for a long time from leaving any comments about Larry Miller Dodge Avondale because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doub I have held back for a long time from leaving any comments about Larry Miller Dodge Avondale because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I can't hold off any longer. The service department here is terrible (and that's putting it lightly). My truck has been in the shop for a total of close to 6 months. Out of that six months I've seen my truck twice (for less than a week combined). Without giving too much details (because at this point it's pretty much become a book), I have never been so disappointed in this place. They've misdiagnosed my truck numerous times, "fixed" and replaced things that didn't correct the issue (by the way, the things they"fixed" and replaced didn't even have to be"fixed" or replaced), I'm continuously dealing with. Their "fix" left me stranded a whole weekend in the middle of a wash while I was hunting, how f'd up is that! The dishonesty, the lack of information, the lack of communication, the lack of integrity, the lack of urgency and so many other lacks. I'm having to call them to get the info I need to know my truck is actually being worked on, to get status and updates. I understand that the service department is busy but guess what, it's not our job to search for status updates, thats the service departments responsibility. For all these months that my truck has been in the shop, I'm having to contact them to find out what's going on. I get the same answer every time "We're diligently working on getting your vehicle done". Folks, if I had a choice to take my truck somewhere else believe me, I would. Unfortunately if you purchase their extended warranty, you can't go to a competitor for service. I've maxed out 2 credit cards on rentals to get me to and from work, I've taken more ubers and lift rides than any college student will ever take in their entire college career just to get to and from work and I used a huge chunk of my savings for those xxxx rides, and recently I was demoted at my job because I had no transportation to effectively do my job. The amount of stress this has caused me and my family is overwhelming. I even asked my service Advisor (Tim Swan) if they could set me up with a loaner. At first he said he could and then he later called me back and said he couldn't do it. Stress, restless nights and tons of concerns for months. Folks, I'm not posting this because I'm pissed at Larry Miller Dodge, I'm posting this to give fair warning to those who seek service for their vehicles to seek other dealerships, even if it's a different Larry Miller dealership. I've contacted The service manager (Rick Stubbs) twice to voice my concerns and he never once called me back. Now I'm questioning "what are they trying to hide"? I have no idea who to contact after Rick Stubbs so I'm taking it to the news stations next to see if they could get to the bottom of this for me. At one time I put all my faith in this particular dealership shop but after this experience, is hard to say if I could ever trust them again. More
