Poor service office leads to wasted time for busy people We bought our vehicle here. That experience was decent. Regularly scheduled maintenance has also been decent. But the last few times we have had a We bought our vehicle here. That experience was decent. Regularly scheduled maintenance has also been decent. But the last few times we have had a mechanical issue, the service advisor office has not been as good as the mechanics. We had a check k engine light come on during the morning commute on Thursday. We called that morning and we're told to come in on the following Monday at 9am. When arrived on Monday, we're told that the appointment had been for Thursday, 90 mins after our call. That doesn't make a lot of sense for someone who called from their desk after a morning commute. The service office personnel were not helpful in offering a solution, after we had rearranged scheduled to make the Monday appointment. Their whole orientation was toward getting me out of their office, not finding a solution for the mix-up. The actual mechanics are just fine at this dealership. But the poor service office is bad enough to make it not worth it. There are better choices. We will be finding another alternative. More

Service is left wanting I came yesterday as a " drive up" for an oil change and was told that it would be a two hour wait... Im' told I could make an appointment and get ser I came yesterday as a " drive up" for an oil change and was told that it would be a two hour wait... Im' told I could make an appointment and get serviced quicker So, I opted for an appointment the following morning, 7:30 am. I get here at 7:20 and there are already 18 cars ahead of me. It is now one and a half hours later and still waiting for my car... WHY make an appointment if you are just going to have to wait the TWO hours anyways... Poor, misleading customer service! More

Great staff who are friendly and make you feel right at home I was very hesitant to purchase a new vehicle, but after sitting down with Nygil, he made me feel extremely comfortable as he answered all my question I was very hesitant to purchase a new vehicle, but after sitting down with Nygil, he made me feel extremely comfortable as he answered all my questions and educated me on every aspect there is to buying a car. And this year we've bought two vehicles from the same salesman. Raul, he was in training about 4 months ago when we bought our Ram 1500 since then he became our go to guy for our new vehicle needs for sure! He is wonderfully patient and understands to the T what we need, looking for and where we need to be payment wise and he works with the finance manager Andrew which is also amazing with the same qualities you look for on a purchase experience. Both of them work really well together and as a team deliver great communication. Truly they do whatever they can to give you the best deal possible, whether is a trade in or not they both understand that you are not just another customer but they make you feel like family therefor not pushy at all! We will have them both as our car salesman for our family as long as they are there! We recommend them to anyone we know who's looking to buy a car! 5 Star Service Joel was very warm throughout the entire interaction. He turned the car buying process around with a simple conversation! I did not ever feel like he had to pull and tricks or sales tactics in order to make a sell. Thank you for making our car buying experience a great one and changing my opinion on extended warranties. I'd like to add that Allen set the stage for a great experience by finding our needs over the phone and delivering what we asked for on the first shot! That is unheard of.
