BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Let me start off by saying how extremely rare it is for me to write a review of any kind. Mostly for the fact that I have worked in customer s Let me start off by saying how extremely rare it is for me to write a review of any kind. Mostly for the fact that I have worked in customer service for the past 20 years and I’m very particular about how I am treated, so in general, about 98% of my reviews would be negative!! That being said I was pleasantly surprised to say that Larry Miller Dodge in Avondale has become the one exception!! I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Ram Rebel, from ALLIE ROJAS (Internet sales team) at Larry Miller Dodge in Avondale!!(not to be confused with Larry Miller Dodge PEORIA!!) And I could not have been more IMPRESSED or APPRECIATIVE of the EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAD!!!! Initially I met Allie over the phone after calling her with some price questions about a 2017 Rebel for sale on her website. {The day before I had had a very negative experience at a rival dealership and without going into too much detail, I will say that it could not have been worse!! After Lying to me about both their inventory on hand, (to which I was very specific about what I wanted, right down to the trim, color and options) to completely waffling on their supposed "current sale" on all new vehicles, which was the whole reason I went there in the first place, they ended up gouging me in every way possible : 1) The Initial Sale Price (was not honored as promised). 2) Trade-In Value (was completely low-balled relative to KBB). 3) Down Payment (ended up being considerably more than I had budgeted). 4) Interest Rate (way too high for my A+ credit score). And, 5) Dealer ad-ons (NONE of the “extras" they promised like their yearly maintenance plan or the bonus merchandise was actually included in the final sale!! To top it off they literally sold me the wrong vehicle!!} Needless to say I awoke the next morning feeling like a total idiot for going to that dealership… again (As I had actually purchased from them a few years before, so keep in mind that I in as a repeat customer even.) In somewhat of a panic about my situation, I decided to look elsewhere to buy as I did not even want to give this “other dealership” an opportunity to fix the problem by replacing my new purchase with the correct vehicle. So, as I previously stated I called Larry Miller Dodge Avondale and spoke to Allie asking her about some internet prices, while at the same time explaining my current dilemma. Allie was not only extremely friendly and inviting, not pushy like the other salesman had been, but was very understanding about my situation as she reassured that she would help me resolve my current problem entirely i.e.: return my newly purchased, wrong vehicle, get my old vehicle back and set me up with what I really wanted! So I met Allie at the dealership and her and a gentlemen named Charlie thoroughly explained what my options were and how to go about straightening out the mess I was in. Charlie was very knowledgable about the sales process and he walked me through every step making sure there was nothing I didn’t understand. After setting my mind at ease about the mistake I had just made, they politely listening to what type of and trim level truck I was interested in, and then proceeded to show me the Rebels they had in stock (it came down to the choice between two slightly different trim levels). Throughout the whole process they were very patient and helpful while I inspected the vehicles and contemplated which one would be the right one. Upon choosing my truck they went over pricing, reviewed the different parts of my contract from the previous purchase compared to what they could offer me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and were very aware of making sure I was comfortable with and satisfied by every part of the sale. To sum everything up, ALLIE and CHARLIE completely turned my entire buying experience around and improved on it in every way!! I walked into their dealership feeling like I had totally been taken advantage of and just made a huge mistake(total buyers remorse) to feeling immediate relief that not only could what had happened be undone but that I could still make a purchase and feel good about it!!! After straightening out the mess at the other dealership and getting my original vehicle back, Allie not only got me into the right truck but she beat the other contract in every way possible: She sold me the truck for the ACTUAL SALE PRICE online and honored the incentive (didn’t massively overcharge me like the other dealership did). She got me more truck, higher trim, and a better value for a much better price. I also put half as much down, while my payments still dropped about $60 less a month than the first deal. She also worked with Tino in finance who was able to shave almost 2% off of my interest rate, saving me another couple thousand on the backend! On top of that Allie also set me up with a 2 year maintenance plan, a 1 year detail service and had a spray-in bed liner installed all included in the original quote, plus warranty and gap insurance!!! Buying a new vehicle can be a very arduous task and can even be quite painful if you don’t have a lot of experience with dealerships, salesmen, or the whole buying process in general or if you just ended up at a place full of shady people who’s entire goal is to take advantage of you while lining their own pockets. Salesmen need to make money too, anyone who’s ever bought a car knows that, we get it, but that does not mean lie to get you in the door, shove you into something you don’t want and then screw you over with the fine print! For those of you reading this that sell cars for a living take a hint and stop the fly-by-night cheesy crap that you think you can get away with and take a page out of the playbook at Avondale: deliver straight forward honest service with no games and people will buy every time!! And for those of you looking to buy a new car who would like to avoid all the BS I had to go through, I would highly recommend talking to Allie or Charlie at Larry Miller in Avondale. They were helpful, knowledgeable, did not pressure me in any way and were a real pleasure to work with! They took outstanding care of me as I’m sure they will with you! Thanks for reading!! More
