Gave all info on line made appointment only had to drive truck and sign paperwork. 4 hrs later signed paperwork. 2 weeks later they wanted the registration for my truck I traded in. Told them it was in glov truck and sign paperwork. 4 hrs later signed paperwork. 2 weeks later they wanted the registration for my truck I traded in. Told them it was in glove box when they took it. Asked me if I would get them a copy. Told them that would cost $35 and take 4-6 weeks. Haven’t heard anything since. More
