Great experience. We test drove a car and a few weeks later came back to make our purchase. Both times Mike was very friendly and helpful. I marked the price a 4 star because we did our research before b later came back to make our purchase. Both times Mike was very friendly and helpful. He did match their sticker price with ease, but had we not done our homework we would have paid more then the car should have been. Overall a great experience and if I know anyone in the market for a dodge I will recommend they call Mike. More

I bought my 2011 Challenger SRT-8 392 on June 25, 2011 from Jordan @ Avondale Dodge. I was actually in the store for some service work on my other Dodge (which I bought 4 years prior from them as well) th from Jordan @ Avondale Dodge. I was actually in the store for some service work on my other Dodge (which I bought 4 years prior from them as well) that was going to take about 3 hours. So I went out to the showroom to waste some time since I got tired of watching TV in the waiting room. I went out outside and saw this Toxic Orange 392 Challenger sitting their in front of the doors on the patio area, it immediately peaked my interest, and Jordan approached me and we started talking about, eventually taking it for a test drive. They shot me a great price, we ran my credit and that afternoon I walked out of their with the only Toxic Orange 392 in over 200 miles around the area. Jordan was a great sales person, not pushy, made sure I knew he was NOT COMMISSION. He was fairly knowledgeable about the cars features. During the past 8 months of ownership I have had a few issues, all of which Jordan has dealt with for me by taking the lead to get them resolved. None of which were his or the dealers, there were ENTIRELY A WARRANTY COMPANY or DODGE Directly. I plan on buying more Dodge's from Avondale Dodge in the future. =) More
I went to Avondale Dodge to look at 1 specific vehicle and I liked the car and the price. Jordan was friendly helpful and not at all pushy. He also was down to earth and not at all like most car salesman who tend to be overdressed, over confident in their knowledge of pretty much everything, and fairly obnoxious. He also understood that i didn't need or want to look at half the other cars on the lot to decide if i really wanted the 2006 Mustang GT. The car was pretty much perfect inside and out and he made sure everything i needed was covered. I would definitely recommend Avondale Dodge to my friends or faminly. We were shopping for a Charger and had decided we would visit three dealerships before making a decision. Avondale Dodge was the first place we visited and it was a suprisingly good experience. We both left feeling good about the car and very comfortable with Joel Gonzalez. We explained to him our goal of visiting three stores before we bought anything. He never pressured us to stay or made us feel uncomfortable in any way. Instead he explained why we'd want to do business with Avondale Dodge and himself, and said he'd see us soon. We went on to visit two more Dodge dealers and after those visit's realized the experience we'd had at Avondale Dodge was fantastic in comparison. Shortly after arriving at one of the other dealerships I received a text from Joel thanking us for our visit. That text made it that much easier for us to reach him and let him know we'd shopped and that Avondale Dodge was by far the best experience. We were actually offered a lower price by another dealer but because of the way we were treated by Joel we went to Avondale Dodge and picked up my new beautiful Charger. More

I have been a challenger fan for some time and didnt think I would ever be able to get one. I went into the dealership at 10am on Saturday and was greeted by Brandon Gillespie almost immediately. The great thing was that he was not overwhelming or pressuring like most car salesmen. I was there to see a specific car and he helped me with all my questions, after looking at the car I told him what I would need to make it work and much to my surprise he was able to get me what I needed....Wow! that never happens at least in my experience, typically you set a price or payment and you end up paying much more than you expected and end up walking away or just settling for their terms but this wasnt the case at Avondale. After agreeing to the terms, I went to finance to sign with Shawn. He got me an even better interest which helped keep my payment reasonable and also getting the extended warranty which for a muscle care is so important. What a great experience!! When I am ready to buy a truck I will be seeing my new friend at Avondale!! More
