Got there on time and had to wait because they were shorthanded. That's cool! It wasn't cool that I couldn't have any services other than an oil change done. The service manager let me know he couldn't wash my car and I agreed that was okay because it wasn't why I was but he rudely let me know again that he wasn't washing my car that I never asked for! Top it off, they had my car sitting outside for an hour after the oil change and never notified me! So I was rushed for only an oil change and then had to wait an hour for no reason while my car was ready for me! From 11:20-2pm is absolutely disrespectful More

I've always had a good experience with LHM Avondale Dodge until now.I had the worst experience with Junior Rodriguez. I will not return to this dealership.. I brought my car in on a Thursday because it wouldn't start. He said they were backed up and I would get a call in 2-3 days with the price of repair. I told him it could be the battery. I never received a call so I called the dealership on day 4. A nice lady answered & said she would pass on the message. No call for 4 days & I kept calling speaking with multiple people. Finally I got a hold of Junior & he fibbed and said he told me it would be 5-8 days for them to look at the vehicle. I received my car back two weeks later & the problem was just the battery. More
