I got approved after filling out the online application and submitting all of my information. I didn't hear back from the dealership so I walked in a week later to find out the vehicle was sold and they ha and submitting all of my information. They said the vehicle was in service so I couldn't see it. After signing all of the paperwork on a certified used vehicle there was a side swipe that was not noticeable in the photos or videos.
