I came in looking for a truck. They showed me one and was told how bad in shape the truck really was "after" i signed "contracts And no 'total amount due' of how much i was actually going to pay. The own finance guy told me "youre better off getting a new truck after 2 years because this truck will break at that time, so here is $5000 in warranity". I immediately asked for the manager to back me out of this deal. But he lied to me saying this paperwork was all already submitted to the DMV. I contacted the dmv and they had no trace of a truck in my name at that time.I Gave my time and trust and hard earned savings to LHM dodge ram. Now im stuck paying off a viechle for 75 months that will probably only last a couple years.. The same day i bought it, i heard clicking noises in the engine, broken radio, and broken lights. The Total Cost was about 26,000$. Tried to back out of this deal but the finance and"money hungry " manager tried to "sell" me into what he knew was a broken vehicle. The same week, the truck was then in the shop for 5 days. I picked it up and still heard the nosies..This lesson cost me $26,000 Plus+ My Own personal car that i traded in. I will never do business with LHM again. They don't care or will even will see this message but that's their fault. Lost a loyal client and Great customer. It was my own fault for putting my trust in this company. I do want to thank my sales rep "A" for all the help. I know deep down he knew this deal was horrible. But he did his best, the rest of those other guys were 100% unprofessional. Thanks. More

I like to start by saying i did not look at Larry Miller when i started looking for a vehicle and i ended up at Bill Luke doing an online purchase and i never received a call back and i had an appt. on Mond when i started looking for a vehicle and i ended up at Bill Luke doing an online purchase and i never received a call back and i had an appt. on Monday with them and i test drove a vehicle, again i was trying to have a deal done before i arrived on Monday-all i have to say about Bill Luke is total disrespect of the customer(Me). We sat at their dealership for 4 hours with not much communication and i left the dealership in utter disgust. My Fiance Michael contacted LHM Avondale and he talked with Engelbert Castillo and discussed our situation and Engelbert said LHM can help us with financing. Engelbert contacted me on Tuesday and said he got me approved and had the vehicle ready when i arrived. It was the vehicle i requested except that it needed to be power seats and they were not able to provide that vehicle. But i have to say Engelbert searched the lot to see if they had one, after much search there was none on the lot. My Fiance and i found a used 2020 1500 SLT 4x4 and i can say i am very pleased with this purchase, it was actually our dream truck. I highly recommend this dealership-everyone was professional from the sales staff, manager and a shout out to Diesel in Finance-What a blessing he is, kind hearted and a beautiful soul.
