Terrible. Disappointing and staff was cueless. Not to mention the ridiculous wait as no one touched my vehicle yet told me two hours later it was ready. It Disappointing and staff was cueless. Completely wrong information on text my initial text at check in then in person. I arrived at 340 with a 4:20 appointment. I notice customers being checked in outside as I've experienced previously. A lady was checking in as I arrived and I expected I'd be next as no one else was around. After about 20 minutes, nothing. No acknowledgement at all. A young man finally walked out but only walked around the vehicles and said nothing. Finally he asked if I'd been helped, which I hadn't. He advised me to go inside to be helped. The staff inside didn't look up from his computer so no greeting or even an I'll be right with you. Nothing! After about 10 minutes he picks up his tablet and says he's going outside to help the man that's been waiting for 20 minutes. I mentioned to him that I was outside waiting for over 20 minutes then inside as well. His remark was that he'd try to get me in if he could. I advised him that I had an appointment at 420. He walked out of the office saying nothing. When he checked me and I mentioned to him that I had seen a transmission service light a few day earlier. If he could, please have that checked out as well as the oil change. When I proceeded to the waiting area, I received a text message with the wrong name and information. At 541 i was called stating my vehicle was ready. Here's the kicker! Approachng the desk, I asked the staff how the transmission checked out and his exact words were that it was completely fine. It checked out perfectly. All the fluids were fine. They found no problems with the transmission. He then asked me. If I noticed that they pulled the vehicle around. This is when I told him that it was right in front. Then he responded by saying oh, they have not even serviced it. So if you could please explain to me how he came to the conclusion that the transmission was perfectly fine. Yet the vehicle had not even been serviced at that point I felt lied to and concluded that I have absolutely zero trust in your servicemen. The oil change took 15 minutes. How well of a job they did that is yet to be determined. Annoyingly, no floor mat was put down on my vehicle when someone stepped in it and they left the AC on when they turned off my vehicle. I immediately noticed it when I turned it on also staff should not turn on the AC or a customer's radio which was left on loud. No desire to use your establishment again. More

This is the worst service I’ve experienced and would not recommend to anyone. The service department did more damage to my car than it came in with. Saleman was great. Finance person was horrible. Extremely high pressure to buy an extended warranty. Basically said the electronics would fail before the warranty expir Finance person was horrible. Took over 5 hours to get out of the dealership after we agreed to buy the vehicle. In the two weeks since the purchase they have either not answered the phone or didn't return calls. Basically sell the vehicle and then totally ignore you. More
My last 2 visits have been less than stellar. The first visit, I called the service tech twice to schedule an appointment, no return call, so I go on line to make an appointment, made the appoin The first visit, I called the service tech twice to schedule an appointment, no return call, so I go on line to make an appointment, made the appointment, got to the dealership only to be told my service can’t be done that day. My last visit, I just walked in to get an oil change and the tech told me it would be at least 2 hours, so I made an appt for the next day. I show up and the tech tells me it will be 2 hours. I said I made an appointment and that it has never taken 2 hours. His reply was that it takes that long to do a good job. if I wanted a poor job I could go to one of those quick change places. When I saw my car being pulled into the ready lane (40 min later), I went over to the office, he gave me my keys and said have a nice day. I get home and get an email that there were 6 items that needed attention. He never said a word about any of it. More
