I bought a truck and paid the down payment. We had a horrible turn of events in my family and I missed a bunch of calls from Dodge, also thinking they were spam. Long story short, they needed ONE paper signed and my DL. I was not in town, dealing with family, and my own health. I missed their calls. They threatened to report the vehicle as stolen, so I offered to have it towed WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL. I had my cousin drop it off because they insisted on just picking it up. I didn’t want to leave the keys with it because anyone could’ve taken it. They said once they received the key, I’d be refunded. I had it mailed to them. They confirmed. Fast forward to almost a month later, they are telling me that they won’t refund me because they had to pay for a tow (I offered to cover this) and there was damage to the truck. So now I have to pay my attorney to recover only 500$, plus court fees, and additional, due to the headache they’ve caused, especially with my health being jeopardized. Worst dealer and worst experience ever. More

Service department tried to fix solution once but told me because the aftermarket body was installed elsewhere that it would not be covered by warranty and they could not fix it without permission and authorization from the installer for payment! I understand this the body is aftermarket however i did purchase the vehicle through them and was assured it was covered bumper to bumper. I was told to tell them about the issue upon first vehicle maintenance. Now i am paying out of pocket to fix an issue which should be operational when purchasing a new vehicle. I purchased it with 30+ miles. Honestly haven't been able to drive since the turn signals do not work in fear of getting a citation. More
