Sam Miller was very prompt and very helpful. The service dept fixed the problem in a short time which was a nice surprise considering that the work being done is usually an all day procedure. Very disappointed had an appointment when I got there they told me there was two overweighting waited 3 1/2 hours. I am pretty sure they didn’t even do the service oil change and tire rotation.
