This was my first time coming in for general maintenance after purchasing my first vehicle here. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had to date. The gentleman that took my car in did after purchasing my first vehicle here. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had to date. The gentleman that took my car in did not explain anything to me and when he needed me to sing a document, he did not explain what the document was. When I asked, he seemed visibly annoyed or upset.
