As a member of the Tucson Mopar Club, I am familiar with LHM Dodge Tucson, as they sponsor the club's car shows; so this was the first time dealing with them from a business perspective. I have been looking for a Charger R/T, but could not find what I was looking for, doing a search on their website, the chat bubble popped up, so I contacted the lady on the chat line, Sarah, for additional info. I was latter contacted by Jay Harper in internet sales, asking how they could help. We set up an appointment for the following morning and Jay completed the order for a Charger R/T with all the features I was looking for. It was a great process and I appreciated the professional manner in which the entire process took place. So far my experience has been very good and I would highly recommend Jay Harper and LHM Dodge Tucson. My new car is expected in ten weeks, so I can review the delivery process at that time. More

Absolutely disrespectful! I arrived at me appointed time and was met by Service Rep Kellie Sinkinson who had my service order in hand and we went through it together step by step. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, bu Kellie Sinkinson who had my service order in hand and we went through it together step by step. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, but I kept thinking of things that I wanted checked and each time I approached Kellie she said "can do" so by the time all was finish I had waited 7 hrs. During that time I was offered a ride to a mall, guided to places to eat and offered water a dozen times. Kellie is a special person, well trained and qualified to help guide you through decisions that are sometimes hard to make such as tire ware, differential service, coolant change etc. I was very impressed with her ability to serve many customers and still give each of us full attention. No doubt about it she is the real deal. The best part was that as I added things I wanted done, which started with an oil change, I got no feeling that I was over staying my welcome ,after all my appointment was for 1.5 hours ,but turned into 7 because of all the additional requests I made. Great Service Department and Kudos to the mechanics for a fine job. More
