I made an appointment to get my 5th wheel trailer tire sensors calibrated to read on my 2023 Ram. The technicians attempted to get the sensors programmed and calibrated, but were unsuccessful. My service advisor was able to reimburse my $195 charge for the work, and communicated that they hope to have a solution in the future. More

Was told oil level still “green” (good). Changed and charged for oil change anyways. Because it was “a little low”, could not tell me the exact amount of oil that was in the vehicle. Again.. Wanted to know why car was turning off while completing turns. Was told, “yeah, I don’t know why it’s doing that” there’s nothing coming out on the codes. More
