My partner went two weeks without her car due to the incompetence of LHM and Juan, who rarely communicated statuses and took at least 24 hours to respond to inquiries. LHM never offered a rental while the car was in the shop for two weeks. This was the second time she’d taken her car in for a repair (the first time went swimmingly). In addition to the terrible communication, she was slapped with an $1100 bill for what amounted to a battery change and some small wiring because LHM misdiagnosed the problem and proceeded to replace the same, not-problematic part, twice. $200 for the battery. $900 for labor replacing it and connecting some wires. What a joke of a service department. More

Poor customer experience. Didn't offer any comps while 2021 Ram was being serviced due to faulty part. Truck was in shop 6 days including weekends and could not be driven. Service rep was not proactive and didn't even wash the truck. Will avoid this service rep for future service needs. More
Where do I begin.. a horrible experience! waited 3months for Dodge Ram truck parts then lied to about installing parts this dealership very dishonest in how they conduct day to day business in there service for Dodge Ram truck parts then lied to about installing parts this dealership very dishonest in how they conduct day to day business in there service dept. was lied to about parts availability.. parts installation.. and charged me a ridiculous hefty fee for diagnosing an engine problem and didnt mention a fee and still charged me without ever mentioning a diagnostic fee. $5,227 for a hood latch Nation recall part and was handed a box with brackets for front suspension because they lied about having a certified welder at Larry H Miller Service Dept when they dont actually have a certified welder at this facility this place is joke customer beware! More

As of this time I rate the LH Miller service department and it's staff at a zero. They don't return phone calls, they don't tell you up front that the appointment you made was only to see the service rep and it's staff at a zero. I came in for a factory emission recall and to have a rear bearing noise trouble shot. It was four days before my car was looked at. Then when Todd did call it was that they did not have the part for the rear and it was two more days before I got a call from Scott stating my car was done, which was Thanksgiving week on Wednesday. So again another day with no car. When I picked my car up on Friday and paid the bill my car looked liked it had been sitting in a mud bowl. I brought it in clean and I could not even see out off the windows. I called Todd ands Scott both on 11/30/2021 informing them that the bearing the tech claimed was bad did not fix the issue with my car. As of today 12/01/2021 I have left two messages for Todd and one for Scott. I have not received a call back from either one of them. So i give LH Miller Dodge a zero as well. 23000 miles on my car and this is how the dealer treats its buyers of it's products?? This is just disgraceful. More

Hi I went here 5 years ago to have my new chrysler convertible looked at I just bought it in Tempe and the next day the car wouldn’t start. I was visiting friends in Tucson and so I brought my car to convertible looked at I just bought it in Tempe and the next day the car wouldn’t start. I was visiting friends in Tucson and so I brought my car to this dealership. After explaining to them what happened Tod made some phone calls to the dealership and took care of everything. It was the best customer service ever. So much so I live in Bullheadcity not even a 5 minute drive from our dealership and I’m driving to Tucson to fix my car. And say hi to friends. Great job guys More
