I arrived at me appointed time and was met by Service Rep Kellie Sinkinson who had my service order in hand and we went through it together step by step. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, bu Kellie Sinkinson who had my service order in hand and we went through it together step by step. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, but I kept thinking of things that I wanted checked and each time I approached Kellie she said "can do" so by the time all was finish I had waited 7 hrs. During that time I was offered a ride to a mall, guided to places to eat and offered water a dozen times. Kellie is a special person, well trained and qualified to help guide you through decisions that are sometimes hard to make such as tire ware, differential service, coolant change etc. I was very impressed with her ability to serve many customers and still give each of us full attention. No doubt about it she is the real deal. The best part was that as I added things I wanted done, which started with an oil change, I got no feeling that I was over staying my welcome ,after all my appointment was for 1.5 hours ,but turned into 7 because of all the additional requests I made. Great Service Department and Kudos to the mechanics for a fine job. More

Brought my 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins to Larry Miller Ram for Changing both fuel filter, oil and filter. Kellie was assigned to check us in and be liaison between customer and garage. Kellie performed the walk around to start and informed us in the waiting area that some additional fluid changes were recommended. I knew that these changes were at the due mileage so we had the garage perform the services. There was an additional 1 hour wait but were satisfied with the timing. The cost to perform the services were in line with what we paid to other Ram Dealers. I would rate Kellie as the best customer liaison that we’ve had across the Ram dealers we’ve been to (MA, OK, CO, San Diego and LA in CA, Longview and Olympia in WA). More
