I got no response from the dealer. Literally no response. I am writing about an experience related to service performed on my 2005 Honda Element. Invoice #66920. Everyone in the Service department treated me with courtesy and was pleasant. But, I am disappointed with the lack of useful support and service provided by your department. I brought my Element in for 2 issues: 1) A leak in the front, which I suspected was a window. 2) The SRS light was on. 1) I was told “your window leaks and we don’t do windows.” I was pretty sure of the leak when I came in. I even told the service advisor I thought it was the window (check the handwritten notes on the service advisors copy of the intake form). Why would you charge me to verify what I told you? 2) The SRS light. I was told by your dealership that if the SRS light is on the SRS system doesn’t work. I don’t understand how this is not a warranty issue. The same parts that replace the buckle would be used to replace the buckle tensioner. Your dealership told me “I agree this should be warranty, but you have to call Honda USA because we don’t have any pull and can’t do anything.” This statement is – at best – very difficult to believe. I can’t conceive of a scenario where I as a single consumer would have more pull with Honda USA than an established dealer that has a multi-year relationship with Honda. More
Am so glad that L.H.Miller has hired Jim as the service manager. We worked with him at a different Honda dealership and appreciated all he did there. I was happy with the service. I had pre paid oil changes and I appreciate the fact that they washed my car and also diagnosed an issue with my exhaust system for free and gave me a quote. I ended up dropping off my Honda Pilot for an oil change and saw a Truck in the lot that will fit my needs. I put in an online request to have someone contact me and Bud responded to my inquiry super fast. and saw a Truck in the lot that will fit my needs. When I went to pick up the Pilot Daniel was able to show me the Truck as Bud had left for the day to pick up family for the holiday. The next day I contact the office and spoke with Howard and he was working with me on a price with this truck and when we could come in and fill out the credit application. My wife and I ended up coming into the office on Friday and working with Bud with getting all the credit applications up and done. After spending some time in the office we worked with Eli to get all the credit approved and what options of extended coverage was right for us I was able to drive home in the amazing Truck that will be in the family for many many years. Thank you so much for working with me and my wife and around my schedule. I look forward to my next car purchase. More

I brought the car in for a scheduled oil change and also radiator hose replacement, which I was told was needed at the previous servicing. Moreover, I had been told, that certain "recalled" aspects needed radiator hose replacement, which I was told was needed at the previous servicing. Moreover, I had been told, that certain "recalled" aspects needed to be replaced. This was all fine and I greatly appreciate this thorough tracking. After the car was finished, while driving it that night, I heard a knocking, metallic noise under the hood whenever I'd hit a rough patch of road. I found this extremely unusual as in the 16 years I have had this 1996 Honda Civic, I have never heard a sound from under that hood... never. The car was returned to the service center the next day, with no question, where your experts worked on it for over an hour checking everything possible as well as test driving it twice. This was impressive. That night the car was driven to Portland, Oregon and then back a few days later. I never heard one sound in all that driving... So whatever was wrong had been fixed. Unfortunately, this did put us off schedule, but these things happen and your service center did everything they could to remedy the situation, which I truly appreciate. I am always very pleased with your work. Everyone is extremely kind. It is an enigma what happened. Everything is fine now. This car has been a stellar, faithful vehicle, one I hope to have the rest of my life. I am extremely fond of it. Thank you... Michael D. Wallace More

Loved the salesman Clint. Loved the car. Totally betrayed by the financing dept. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I realize it is buyer beware and it is my fault for signing the contrac by the financing dept. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I realize it is buyer beware and it is my fault for signing the contract but they totally scammed me. When telling them I wanted to use my credit union they just had to push another place that could do the financing with a so much better interest rate. They never bothered to tell me they pack the financing with about $7000 of other items they assure you are all needed when you question a $13 thousand car going up to $20 thousand. After signing the contract and going home I discovered that all the extra charges were not neccessary. Being a widow with no one to guide me with financing I was totally scammed. I wonder how many other buyers fall for the "special financing" and then get kind of rushed through all the extra costs before you even have time to rethink about the great extras. Never use ANY financing but your own with this company. I am just devastated I got so manipulated. I am now responsible for a twenty thousand dollar car that would only have been 13 thousand with my credit union. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never use this company. More
