I took around three months researching and finally purchased my new Maverick yesterday. I talked to five different dealerships, and it was frustrating. Just an inquiry would spur two weeks worth of an purchased my new Maverick yesterday. I talked to five different dealerships, and it was frustrating. Just an inquiry would spur two weeks worth of an onslaught of calls, and quite rightly de at times (Omeara.) This was not the case at Larry H Miller. Chris Oviedo and Conor Baughman were and continue to be exceptional. Free of pressure, knowledgeable, and even after the sale have been there for me to answer questions. I’m walking away confident in my choice of dealership, and I absolutely recommend these two individuals. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but in this case, they really did go over and above. They had no idea where my car was when it was supposed to be picked up for service. It took the entire day, but no one knew where my car was and it was never actually fixed. When we first came in, thinking it was 9:00 pm closing, Nathalia didn’t tell us they were closing. We felt bad keeping her longer at work. But we test drove the car we were intended to lease. Thank goodness I came here! I’m so so happy with my experience. We called on a 2022 Shelby GT500 that was listed at Larry H Miller Ford Lakewood Colorado. We had a deal in place and they sent the buyers order to me to send to my credit union as we are already approved f H Miller Ford Lakewood Colorado. We had a deal in place and they sent the buyers order to me to send to my credit union as we are already approved for our own financing. Our credit union placed a deposit of 1000 down on this Shelby to secure it. We dealt with salesman Momodou and the used car sales manager. We thought everything was great and on track for us to take ownership of this Shelby as we didn’t hear a word from this dealership. Then when I called today I found out that the dealership sold the car out from under us. Another salesman Hannah messaged me that she sold it to another customer. Do not under any circumstances give this dealership any sort of deposit they will not honor it. This is one of the worst dealerships we have ever dealt with, shop elsewhere More
