Scheduled appointment approximately 6 to 8 weeks ahead due to dealership, might have been part available or covid, do not remember. Arrived at dealership at scheduled time and date. Was informed part was not available. Dealer to call and reschedule. Have not heard back from dealership.

My visit was very informative and I was greeted quickly, Russell was pleasant and very easy to speak with concerning my vehicle issues. If I may suggest, it appears that your dealership has a shortage of technicians or a problem with overbooking your appointments for I was there for longer than I expected.
