I have bought several cars from dealers in my life time and most of the time it is a miserable experience. I usually dislike dealing with the sales process and cant wait to get out of there. Jason and the finance team (sorry forgot his name though he was super nice as well) were considerate of my time, helped find exactly what I was looking for and brought me through the whole experience with a smile on my face. Worst car buying experience of my life. Nick Sola in "finance" takes advantage of you. Because of Covid, the contract was on a hard drive instead of paper. Nick changed/lied, and deceived the entire con "finance" takes advantage of you. Because of Covid, the contract was on a hard drive instead of paper. Nick changed/lied, and deceived the entire contract. He stated that certain areas could "change at any time". He added almost 10k on my contract for "warranties" and other charges that I did not ask for and was NOT under my consent. When I got home and opened the hard drive on my computer, I saw the extra warranties and charges. I have called and asked him, sales dealer Brian Carlson, and manager Ryan Hansen to remove the warranties many times. They said they would and they never did. I have called at least 10 times already. These people are completely unethical and disgusting. They also gave me my car with no gas and no windshield wiper fluid. Talk about CHEAP. They knew I was a Clinical Social Worker/Essential Worker in the hospital system because of the employment verification, and they still took full advantage of me. I am someone who has dedicated my life to helping people and saving lives. And they took advantage of me during COVID of all times. I cannot stress enough, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If I can save one person the headache and the MONEY, then this rating is worth it. Best believe I'm leaving this rating on every site that I possibly can to warn others. I can't stress enough how slimy and soulless these people are. This process has been a nightmare. Nick, Brian and Ryan's actions were incredibly unprofessional and unethical. Take your hard earned money anywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE. More
