They have a good sales and finance group. Their service department is awful. Bought a service contract with our last new SUV in 2017 and only went twice. Our initial visit was exceptional. However, when we came back to pick up the vehicle, we received a lower level of service as our salesman had been promoted and we were with a new salesman. We had an appointment set up but ended up waiting for 2 hours to finalize financing and receive the vehicle. Even though, the salesman knew we were coming, the vehicle wasn’t even started being detailed and paperwork that could have been done before we got there wasn’t. So we waited and waited for the sales person and detailing. We zipped through finance no issues. More

Took my 2015 F250 diesel in for a CEL due to an apparent problematic reductant tank heater failure Ford is known for. Kevin Casey (service advisor) and Jeff Carrizales (master technician) were extremely eff problematic reductant tank heater failure Ford is known for. Kevin Casey (service advisor) and Jeff Carrizales (master technician) were extremely efficient in diagnosing, confirming and replacing the failed component. They also went above and beyond in making sure a rock chip in the windshield was repaired before it cracked. I definitely would recommend this dealers services. Although this repair was not covered by Ford's warranty any longer, both Kevin and Jeff were helpful in providing dianostic information so my mechanical insurance covered the repair. More
