I had a good experience with the salesperson, the drivers were amazing!!! Love the delivery drivers. The finance staff was great. But this car after paying $500 delivery was a huge pig. They have a good sales and finance group. Their service department is awful. Bought a service contract with our last new SUV in 2017 and only went twice. Lost money on it but didn’t want our SUV mechanically compromised. We’ve come back for this latest purchase because we were felt their sales group they cared and were very service oriented. Our initial visit was exceptional. However, when we came back to pick up the vehicle, we received a lower level of service as our salesman had been promoted and we were with a new salesman. We had an appointment set up but ended up waiting for 2 hours to finalize financing and receive the vehicle. Even though, the salesman knew we were coming, the vehicle wasn’t even started being detailed and paperwork that could have been done before we got there wasn’t. So we waited and waited for the sales person and detailing. We zipped through finance no issues. More
