Have been to this dealership many times. SO frustrating. Communication is terrible. They have run me up and down the mountain over and over with nothing accomplished on so many trips. I have immense dollars spent in rental cars, gas and time. Their system is not conducive to customer service. Several times they have me drive down (3 hours with 2 drivers to drop the truck), then after a diagnosis say I have a choice between paying for a rental car for a week, or driving back down 3 hours with 2 drivers to pick up the truck, then coming back down with 2 drivers for 3 hours in three weeks when the next appointment is. They say “if you pick up your truck we can’t continue your fix, you start back at the end of the line.” But...then I don’t have anything to drive!! I had a rental car for multiple days past when they said my vehicle was going to be done, and called for days with no response...paying for a rental each day simply because they can’t return calls. But of course they didn’t cover that. More
