Service was very bad had a 7:20 a.m. appointment left the car all day when I was at work 12 hours never got a call from the dealer so texted my service tech never got a reply so I called the dealer was put i car all day when I was at work 12 hours never got a call from the dealer so texted my service tech never got a reply so I called the dealer was put in hold 25 min. then was told my service rep was with another client and that the repairs were scheduled for the next dsy, but I had not authorized any additional repaurs, so I told the service tech that I was going to be over to pick the vehicle up and was told it would be ready. When I got to the dealer the service department was closed and so I went into sales and asked if someone could help me get my car and was told that they had no paperwork or keys..... I was told to wait so I waited other 20 minutes before the sales department got a call from the service department stating where my car was and where to locate the paperwork and keys. The employee then went and got my info and keys and told me my car was listed in the back of the dealership somewhere if I could not find it let them know and I was on my own. I found the car after walking around the lit for 10 minutes back by the wash bay still had the plastic on the seat and all the repair stuff in the car. It had not been detailed or way down not very sanitary with the COVID going on. I am very disappointed in the service. I gave used this dealer for tears but am you g to look for a new Ford dealer who cares about customer service in this time of safety in public. More

Had 10:40 appointment for redlining rear door, touch up paint on front bumper and install cargo light. They had no record of my appointment and any of the scheduled work.
