Zach was very patient we us and walked us thru every process until we signed the finale paperwork. After all the t's were crossed and i's dotted he walked us to our new Escape and went thru everything we needed to know about our new car, and there is a lot. He helped us get our phone linked to the car and went thru the app with us until we felt comfortable. We still have a lot to learn, but Zach gave us a great head start. We will probably be ready to buy a new F-150 or Ranger in the near future and I will be looking for Zach Hoy to assist us on that purchase.
