Good customer service, but sales tactics and pricing is off I went in to test out a new ford escape because I really like the new design of the exterior. Daniel helped with the test drive and was excellent overall. However, the only reason I came in was for a 0% APR financing offer that they said they would be able to give me OR something very close. This was right at the beginning of the COVID shutdown situation, and GM and other dealers began offering 0%. After I completed a test drive and really liked the car, we went back in to talk numbers. I have excellent credit and they come back only being able to offer me lowest 4.9% for 72 months, so the monthly payment I discussed beforehand was no longer even close to what they actually could give me. In the future, I would try not to reel customers in and not waste yours and my time if you cannot keep your promises. I know this is how the car industry works sometimes, but seriously, be honest with what you can do for me. I went with a GM car instead because they were true to their word. More
