Very poor finance experience. Negotiated for five additional service visits as part of purchase agreement. At time of financing, had to inform Mr. Sahli of this agreement, who ch Negotiated for five additional service visits as part of purchase agreement. At time of financing, had to inform Mr. Sahli of this agreement, who checked with the salesman about this agreement and then informed me that this type of service only came in units of three. Therefore, instead of the five additional previously negotiated services there would have to be six. He however, without telling me, added $180.00 to the sales price. In addition, I believe that he tried to hide this action by not providing me a hard copy of any of the purchased documentation, but a thumb drive which he said had all of the discussed documentation. When I got home and went to review this material, I discovered that the thumb drive was blank. When I notified Mr. Sahli of this, there was no apology or offer on his part to get me this documentation without returning to his office. Clearly, this is not the level of professional or customer service I expected from your dealership. More
