Had to wait 2.5 hours even with an appointment I had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take 2.5 to 3 hours, because they only have two people doing oil changes. I understand they have less staff, but I had an appointment. Why should I bother to schedule one if they don't honor it? Plus they have the wrong contact info for me, so I don't get their emails or texts. I told the service guy, Jack, 3 times what the correct info is. Yet, it hasn't been corrected. Very frustrating. Outstanding Service and timing Had my 2013 F-350 serviced. I am a disabled Vet so picking up my Ford and delivering it back was A huge help for me. Everything was perfect including washing my truck. I am a fanatic about all aspects Of my vehicles. I also wanted them to spray off/clean the engine and compartment area. This was not Done. I guess it was my error as I mentioned my request to the driver that picked up the truck. I probably should have requested this when I made the appointment with the service dept.
