Had to wait 2.5 hours even with an appointment I had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take 2.5 to 3 hours, because they only have two people doing oil changes. Plus they have the wrong contact info for me, so I don't get their emails or texts. I told the service guy, Jack, 3 times what the correct info is. Yet, it hasn't been corrected. Very frustrating.
