Best car buying experience ever! I had been looking for the vehicle so I knew exactly what I wanted and how much was fair to pay for it. He had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived and after looking it over we decided that if the dealership was will meet our offer we would purchase from them. Zach Hoy, our sales rep was pleasant, personable and very accommodating. We gave him our price and without missing a beat took it to his manager and came back with our deal! No haggle or back and forth...his manager came over to congratulate us on our purchase/deal and proceeded to get the final paper work completed. Excellent CS and professionalism! Way to go Zach! John and Shane were great, they were able to get me into the vehicle that I needed for the price range I had to be in. Ryan on the other hand was really rude unnecessarily, so much so my parents were trying the vehicle that I needed for the price range I had to be in. If it would have only been him we were dealing with I would have left, he had no idea what he was talking about, kept referring to the 15 passenger transit bus I was buying as a 12 passenger van, even after correcting him multiple times he was still referring to it as that the day we picked it up. He was high pressure in an embarrassing way and I would never buy anything from someone with his attitude. If it wasn't for John and Shane being so polite patient and caring this sale would not have happened. I would also like to shout out to Becky at the front desk, she was awesome. More

I am not willing to pass judgment at this time until issues concerning the vehicle as well as the financial documents that I signed were guaranteed to me, are clearly resolved. The vehicle is in need of decals (stickers) on each side of the bed, for they either have come off partially, or will be in the process of coming off due to air bubbles under the decal/sticker. I requested copies of the financial documents that I signed, but however due to a malfunction of Shane's printer, this did not happen. In the meantime, he provided me with some type of memory stick (or whatever) that my computer did not like. I was promised that these documents would be delivered by FedEx. I am still waiting for them. More
