Did Not Disclose Vehicle Was in Accident This dealership did not disclose that the vehicle I purchased had been in a major wreck, sustaining heavy damage. We bought the car used, however, we purchased the 2013 Explorer in 2013 with low miles and we took their word that the car had no history. My bad on that one. Long story short, the car is continually in need of repair and we are finally getting rid of it. While attempting to trade it in at another dealership, we were notified of its history. After learning of the car's history, in 2019 I called Larry H Miller Ford to inquire about their policies regarding disclosing vehicle history and based on their reaction I can tell the culture of deception remains intact. I'm not looking for anything, I realize I've had the car for 6 years - I only wanted to have a conversation and maybe, just maybe, get into a newer Explorer that had not been wrecked. They were not interested in having a conversation and were rude. Stay away from this place. Don't buy a car here. Very shady. More
