Not willing to adress problems. I was referred to Nick after being lied to by Michelle the finance manager. Nick said he would talk to the manager and Michelle and get to the bottom I was referred to Nick after being lied to by Michelle the finance manager. Then when he got to the issue with Michelle being dishonest to the customers he said she did not remember and left it at that. He offered no solution to the problem. Not a very trustworthy person who does not do what he says he will do. i would not waist my time with Larry H Miller Ford. Try someone else like Phil Long Ford. I will not return to this dealer not even for service work since I dont feel I can trust them to be honest and solve problem there employees create. More

Great fast service! I was on the search for a used Ford F-150. Because my previous 2014 F-150 that I bought from Larry H Miller in Lakewood got totaled by hail damage. S I was on the search for a used Ford F-150. Because my previous 2014 F-150 that I bought from Larry H Miller in Lakewood got totaled by hail damage. So I decided to stay in the family and find another used truck with them. I was greeted by Jason Garcia and knew right away I would find my truck today! It was fast family service. He even blamed us and said that this wouldn’t have happened if we bought a vehicle they had in stock. Excuse us for having some specific needs when we are spending $30k. This guy needs a customer service education. Jordan could give it to him as he knows how to treat a person. I would like an apology from Mark. He really soured my experience. The experience I had at Mike Naughton was the exact opposite. The sales manager was pleasant though the whole deal. More
