Not willing to adress problems. I was referred to Nick after being lied to by Michelle the finance manager. Nick said he would talk to the manager and Michelle and get to the bottom I was referred to Nick after being lied to by Michelle the finance manager. Then when he got to the issue with Michelle being dishonest to the customers he said she did not remember and left it at that. He offered no solution to the problem. Not a very trustworthy person who does not do what he says he will do. i would not waist my time with Larry H Miller Ford. Try someone else like Phil Long Ford. I will not return to this dealer not even for service work since I dont feel I can trust them to be honest and solve problem there employees create. More

The price we wanted and I can tell you Lawrence finished the paperwork in a very easy calm rapport with us. Robert let us test drove it to make sure our old and new explorers would fit in the garage. I really loved Robert and Lawrence so now I want my dad to buy his there! We were running late to get the car back and Ryan checked in on us and assured it’s ok yo be late. Great fast service! I was on the search for a used Ford F-150. Because my previous 2014 F-150 that I bought from Larry H Miller in Lakewood got totaled by hail damage. S I was on the search for a used Ford F-150. Because my previous 2014 F-150 that I bought from Larry H Miller in Lakewood got totaled by hail damage. So I decided to stay in the family and find another used truck with them. I was greeted by Jason Garcia and knew right away I would find my truck today! It was fast family service. Drove home in my new to me used 2016 F-150. Jason and Nick in finance got me where I needed to be and found a great truck to replace my hail damaged truck.
