Jordan was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to both my wife and I and what our needs are. He worked with us to find a deal that worked for us. He was apologetic after the vehicle was damaged in transit. His manager Mark was not apologetic at all and didn’t seem to want to find us another car. He even blamed us and said that this wouldn’t have happened if we bought a vehicle they had in stock. Excuse us for having some specific needs when we are spending $30k. This guy needs a customer service education. Jordan could give it to him as he knows how to treat a person. I would like an apology from Mark. He really soured my experience. The experience I had at Mike Naughton was the exact opposite. The sales manager was pleasant though the whole deal. More

Improved customer service With purchase of our 2nd vehicle at LHM, the sales process was improved. The only exception was the finance process. The fellow was personally charming but the process remains brutal. My husband and I really wanted to have a streamlined experience and get on the road to head home. In retrospect the overwhelming amount of important detail became muddled and hurried and fatigue set in as is intended, I believe. I really needed the extended warranty portion to be taken more slowly but quite sure that that was an intentional maneuver. More

Excellent experience LHM of Lakewood was really great to work with. I found the vehicle we wanted, but was in a different state. They even took care of vehicle delivery to my door in another state, and made sure that all the registration paperwork was in order for a seamless registration process.
