Improved customer service With purchase of our 2nd vehicle at LHM, the sales process was improved. The only exception was the finance process. The fellow was personally charming but the process remains brutal. My husband and I really wanted to have a streamlined experience and get on the road to head home. In retrospect the overwhelming amount of important detail became muddled and hurried and fatigue set in as is intended, I believe. I really needed the extended warranty portion to be taken more slowly but quite sure that that was an intentional maneuver. More

Excellent experience LHM of Lakewood was really great to work with. I found the vehicle we wanted, but was in a different state. They even took care of vehicle delivery to my door in another state, and made sure that all the registration paperwork was in order for a seamless registration process. This was an excellent experience and I'd definitely highly recommend then too anybody. More

Not in tune and unwilling to listen. We came in looking to buy and just asked them to stop with the sales pitch, Jason has cannot help himself and could not stop "selling." We decided on a car, but had other things to do so we offered to to complete any paperwork needed to move the process forward and and then we would be back in an hour or so to sign it and move on with our day. We told them this would give them time to prep the car and would give finance time to get their paperwork together. We came back in an hour and twenty minutes to be greeted by a application for financing. The car had not been taken back for detail and we were told we were next in line for the finance department that had two people working in it at the time. We were slotted to be with Nick and were told our paperwork was on his desk which in fact it was. He was dealing with a young couple at the time. Michelle finished up with the people in her office and had no one in front of her for about half an hour when Nick finally finished with the young couple. He got up, took our file over to Michelle's office and asked if she could deal with us, and then grabbed his lunch and put it into the microwave and went to the bathroom. No one ever let us know what was up until the Mark, the sales manager came over and asked us if everything was okay. We told him no and he said he would see what he could do and left and talked to Michelle. He never came back, but Michelle came out about give minutes later to go through our deal with us. It literally took them five hours to process paperwork after we made our decision and gave them over an hour to get a jump start on it. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. To make things worse they took the time to record the sale on their white board in the lobby with an hour of us making our decision, but 3.5 hours before we even got into the finance office. Second very poor experience in a row, and as my wife told them it doesn't seem as though they even care it happened. More
