Still NOT Fixed Made an appoint and was told to arrive at 7:30 am on a Friday. When arrived was told it would take several days before they could look over my truck. Made an appoint and was told to arrive at 7:30 am on a Friday. When arrived was told it would take several days before they could look over my truck. (What is the point in having an appointment?) Brought my truck in to have the transmission and brakes inspected. Of course they were unable to replicate the slipping of the transmission going up I-70. As for the brakes, they told me the pedal vibration was caused by the rear brakes and they should be replaced. After 500 plus dollars and FIVE days in the shop, they returned the vehicle with new rear brakes. The brake pedal STILL vibrates-not sure if they even worked on the truck. What a waste of time and money. Haven't had the time to complain about the problem not being fixed. More

My last two service experiences were not and I was thinking about getting my truck serviced elsewhere. My service manager this time was James Mahoney and I couldn’t have been happier with him. He was courteous and professional and gave me a detailed explanation of the service performed on my truck and what I needed to have done next time. Also, my wait time this time was minimal, which hadn’t been my experience my last two times. I’m a believer again in the service department at Larry Miller Ford. More
Great Customer Service I dealt with Oz in the customer service department and he was incredible. He made sure to stay in contact with me at all times so that I knew exactly I dealt with Oz in the customer service department and he was incredible. He made sure to stay in contact with me at all times so that I knew exactly what repairs were needed and when they would be completed. The work done was fantastic and my overall experience was 10 out of 10. More
The service department is terrible I custom-ordered a new Expedition and chose LHM based on their Costco recommendation. The sales process was fine and liked working with Rob. However, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. The first time I went to have the protective thing on the front fixed (there were a lot of air bubbles) was fine, but every visit since then has been a complete disaster. The folks that work in the service department really don't care, their computers are sometimes down which means they can't even work on your vehicle, and they don't call back when they say they will. I tried escalating with the service manager and never heard back from that guy. Overall, I would avoid LHM Ford in Lakewood, maybe not for purchasing a vehicle but definitely for servicing it. But at that point, if you're buying a new Ford, you probably want it serviced where you purchased it, so choose a different dealer. More
Oil change and tire change from winter to summer. Dealership changed out winter tires for summer and changed oil. Also quoted me price for new tires. Time estimate and work accomplished successfully. F150 AC repair My F150 with 21,000 miles (bought new at Miller Ford) had the AC compressor seize up. I got an appointment to have the truck towed (compressor locked My F150 with 21,000 miles (bought new at Miller Ford) had the AC compressor seize up. I got an appointment to have the truck towed (compressor locked fan belt up) on 4/25. I had bought an extended warranty there (was told it was a "bumper to bumper" warranty by sales) when I bought the truck. Service told me that the compressor would be covered, but the system needed to be flushed and that the $400 cost was my responsibility. When I called warranty agent they said that that was not true they paid the labor but I would have to pay for the fluid required (warranty doesn't cover fluids). I left a voice mail to inform service who I spoke with, and their response to flush cost. I did not get a callback and when I called service on afternoon of 4/29 I was told the truck was ready. I ask about courtesy car to get a ride and found that since I lived more than 8 miles (I live 13 miles away) from Miller Ford that a Lyft ride was not provided. When I picked up the truck service tells me that I'm right labor for flush is covered. I have to assume that had I not called warranty folks and ask question, I would have been charged full amount, and still displeased that I'm charged $138 for refrigerant that is direct result of AC failure on a Ford with only 21,000 miles. More
