To start, I will say that my sales rep, Gabe, was kind and I enjoyed working with him. I don't feel that he advocated for me after the sale was made and that was disappointing but this review is directed and I enjoyed working with him. I don't feel that he advocated for me after the sale was made and that was disappointing but this review is directed mostly at the service department and is a forewarning to think twice about purchasing their service contract (extended warranty) on any used vehicles you purchase from this dealership. I bought a 2023 Mazda from them and learned that someone had recently traded it in and because it wasn't a Ford or Lincoln, I felt that it wasn't fully inspected prior to me coming in to test drive and purchase the car. Gabe pushed the vehicle through the service department so I could take it home the day I came in. After driving it home, I noticed a few small things that I wanted to be looked at and I had also purchased their $4k service contract, so I made an appointment to come in a few days later to have the car looked at. In a nutshell, everyone completely jerked me around and wasted my time in the middle of my work day that I took time away from to attend the appointment. I was ultimately told that they were too busy to look at my car (despite me booking an appointment) and that their service director would "call me within a few days to schedule my service". It was absolutely Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa telling me to F off without directly telling me to F off. No one ever called to follow up or schedule and I ended up taking the car to my own mechanic to have the alignment and a full inspection of the vehicle done. Disappointing and disrespectful treatment from a dealership that actually does have good reviews online. I think you just have to purchase a brand new Ford to be treated like they think you're worth anything. More

All in all happy with the deal , they wrote down the wrong SS number , deal was made , then they came out and said my Social Security number was wrong It started with 000. And the rest of the number was wrong as well., they didn’t catch it till they were starting the approval with Ford, which I have great credit with For when they fixed, it said there’s 25 more in front. It would’ve been another hour and a half or so I still have to do it another hour. We got there at three ready to buy. We didn’t gather till seven on a Sunday that they weren’t real busy.
