Our whole shopping experience was horrible. Our sales associate Brody was very rude and made shopping very difficult. He said to me and I quote, “you are basically spitting in my face if you fi Our sales associate Brody was very rude and made shopping very difficult. He said to me and I quote, “you are basically spitting in my face if you finance with the bank” “I don’t really need your business that bad.” Along with difficulties when purchasing my vehicle, the dealership has owed me $600 for the last month and when I messaged Brody about getting my money back he ignored me. I had to call the dealership and talk to someone else to see if I could get a refund. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and even Mountain America one of your lenders was extremely disappointed in how I was treated. More
