Bought a new Maverick XL. Tried to use the online purchase to avoid spending hours at dealership. Instead they tell me the vehicle I bought online is not available and that I Tried to use the online purchase to avoid spending hours at dealership. Instead they tell me the vehicle I bought online is not available and that I needed to redo all the same paperwork. Wasted 2.5 hours for what should have been show up and get keys and vehicle and drive away. They also told me I had to accept the dealer addons that I’m sure they slapped on while waiting for me to go through the process. Then, 3 weeks later my new Maverick gets a check engine light and starts leaking coolant. I take it to dealership to have them fix it and they give me a hard time about getting a loaner truck but when I complain and ask to speak with GM all of a sudden they magically produce a loaner not a truck but at least something. They call me the next day to tell me it’s going to be like 5-6 days before I get my truck back because they don’t have the parts. I use this for work and need it and now I have to figure out how to do my job cleaning xxxxxxwithout a truck. More
