I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here. A lot of bad communication, headaches, and false promises. I purchased a used car from this dealership on 12/20/25. The salesman made it easy enough to get numbers remotely, as I live in Tucson. I had the salesman confirm there were floormats in the vehicle (but when I arrived, there were incompatible floormats from a Volvo instead). I also asked the salesman if it was possible for someone from the dealership to arrange a rideshare or shuttle from the Mesa airport after we closed the deal so that I could drop off my rental car. I did not want to use a rideshare from Tucson because the cost would have exceeded that of a rental, especially if the deal fell through (I would have needed to book another trip from Mesa to Tucson, approximately 4x the cost). The salesman did not understand my request, though, and was surprised when I showed up at the time I told him. He thought I was going to drop off the rental car before the deal was finalized. In any case, I told them I would purchase the vehicle for the agreed upon price if they ordered floormats and arranged a ride from the Mesa airport. Finance went through all the paperwork and gave me a USB drive that supposedly had all the sales documents saved on it (I later found out that the USB drive was blank). This all happened on a Saturday, and my salesman was told by his manager that I could drop off the rental car at the dealership’s collision shop’s after hour key dropoff, which would save time vs driving to the airport. The collision shop would process the rental return on Monday, but I would be charged only for the 1 day rental. Fast forward to Monday - I was at the hospital for my father’s chemo treatment and I received 2 missed calls from a Phoenix number. I called the number back and it was the dealership’s collision center. The collision center had no idea why I dropped off my keys for the rental. No one had explained the situation to the collision center and this only added more stress on top of what I was going through with my father’s medical issues. I thought I might be charged for 4+ days instead of the 1 day I used the rental. I called the salesman and he eventually sorted that particular issue out. I also told him about the blank USB drive with the sales documents, and he said that he would have finance email them to me. I have not received these documents over a month after the sale. I have also not received the promised floormats. Furthermore, the MVD does not have the title or registration paperwork. More

Additionally, I referred my mother-in-law to them to buy a vehicle and after asking specific questions about the deal, they wouldn't provide direct answers, so she bought her Bronco elsewhere. To make matters worse, they STILL have not refunded her the deposit she made. The issue here is these guys don't communicate well with us, and I have to imagine don't communicate internally. Cherry on top? Still don't have my license plate for mine. I decided to reach out to the CFO of Asbury Auto (ownership group) to get involved. Very disappointing experience compared to San Tan Ford who treated my mother-in-law great. More

Brody who was my salesman was excellent and explained the features of vehicle I was interested clear and concisely. As I was leaving the dealership I noticed a small crack on my infotainment center as I was features of vehicle I was interested clear and concisely. Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Ford vehicles. More

Daniel Lande was an amazing sells guy got me the truck of my dreams was a great listener and got me exactly what I wanted. I am now a new Ford owner of an F150. I got a great price. I like that.
