SERVICE VISIT

Impossible to get in touch with someone who will help or address concerns. Hard to schedule. On most recent repair, waited over a week to get in touch with someone about my car repair only to find out nothi address concerns. Hard to schedule. On most recent repair, waited over a week to get in touch with someone about my car repair only to find out nothing had been done and the part hadn’t been ordered. Service shop had my car for 10 days for minor repair. Second most recent call in to fix warranty covered issue, no one would call me back, every person I talked to would send me to a different person’s voicemail. Extremely frustrating, extremely unprofessional. After TWO WEEKS of reaching out, I ended up taking my car to an entirely different dealership to have my repairs completed. Would not recommend Larry H Miller, in fact, I would adamantly recommend going anywhere else! More
