Their service rider was awesome, kept me informed about what was going on at all times. However, letting it sit there for over a week before anyone even looked at it, does not mean you gave me an appointme what was going on at all times. However, letting it sit there for over a week before anyone even looked at it, does not mean you gave me an appointment. An appointment means you get to bring it in and somebody works on it. You need to fix that. Secondly I got it back and had to look up online how to fix all the things that got unfixed when you disconnected the battery. But your service writer was awesome More
