When I first went to the lot the new truck would not start. They had to jump it. It was filthy. They played the car dealership game where they put you in their office and just leave you waiting. They came and chased me down twice. After a week they accepted my initial offer. When I got the truck it was still filthy. The manager came out and said since it was dark they could not do a decent job cleaning it. I guess they don’t have any lights. This was probably a smart move because of the way the clean the vehicles on the lot they end up covered in water spots. I had to get a water spot remover to get it cleaned up. I by a lot of cars and this has to be the worst experience. More
After a month of shopping for the right truck we walked into LHM Mesa and met Gibby. I must say Gibby is a straight shooter, honest and most of all friendly, respectful and patient. He went above and beyon into LHM Mesa and met Gibby. I must say Gibby is a straight shooter, honest and most of all friendly, respectful and patient. The worst customer service I have ever experienced with a dealership. Was told we’d get 2 remotes with vehicle gave us 1 that worked and the other one we will need to get it programmed on our dime. Engine light came on the very next day it took me a week to get someone to call me back with a date to bring it back after multiple phone calls. Had to return vehicle for another issue sat in service area 20 mins before someone helped me, Tech said it would take just a couple of days turned into a week. Inquired about my vehicle and he said they had to order parts then 2 days later he said we were getting a kit to fix issue. No parts were ordered. Warranty approved the replacement of part dealership took cheaper way out and said they fixed with a kit would not put new part in as instructed. We will see if it holds up. My temp plate expired and still did not have my license plate. When I called the girl told me the paperwork was just sent in (45 days after purchase) and her reason was she is the only person handling registration for 2 dealerships so she didn’t have time. She finally emailed me a copy of my plate and I recd the permanent one 2 weeks later. Stay away from this dealership. More
