Overall, it was a good experience. My sales person was fantastic. The loan and finance persons both did a good job in finding me a loan at a good rate for my credit score. The only small detail, which is understandable, but seemed a little too pushy was, the loan gentleman Adam, was too eager to finalize the deal that day; i.e. when I said I'd be happy to look at the final loan paperwork, he gave me a look like I'm stupid and said no, I'll present it for you to sign...to which I said, no, I'll look at it, and if it looks right, I'll sign it at my own pace. I almost walked. The other was when I was finalizing everything with Austin, or whoever the gentleman was on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at about 6:30p. After a great conversation about music and politics, he seemed to get real insulted that I didn't want to purchase the extended warranty. The conversation seemed to cool after that. But, overall, I knew what I wanted to buy and I'm happy with the deal I got. One last thing. To make the deal that day, Adam said that he would work it so that I could take the truck that day, and bring the down payment in Monday. In his defense, I did say that I would rather finalize everything on the day I had the down-payment check with me. He said that it didn't matter to him about when I took delivery as long as I finalized everything that day. Gibby then said later that they would put a dealer plate on it and I could drive it home. I said to Gibby, later, that since I am finalizing everything, I would indeed Uber back to the dealership and take the truck. When all was said and done, after leaving Austin's office, no plate. Then Gibby said, we'll, without the down-payment, I guess we are holding the truck. Again, I was kind of miffed, but in the end I think everything will be fine. I don't have the truck at the time of this survey, but I don't forsee any further problems. More
Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle here. Since meeting Katelynn by chance just to get an oil change I’ve never gone back to my original dealership. She does a great job!!
