It started out as a good sale. Everything was good. They’re very cordial but towards the end, there was a parking sensor light that was on the vehicle. I asked him about it. They s Everything was good. They’re very cordial but towards the end, there was a parking sensor light that was on the vehicle. I asked him about it. They said to take it to a BMW dealer ship as I did and it cost over $900 to repair. I asked if they would reimburse me and they said no that they should’ve taken it to the Larry H Miller mechanic to fix however they didn’t fix it prior to selling. It was a certified preowned blue ribbon vehicle not sure why that was not fixed. Not sure why they didn’t reimburse. They were very vague as hard-working. Citizens is very hard to understand why they wouldn’t fix or reimburse. I’m very perplexed as a lifelong educator and helping young people throughout my life. I don’t understand the customer service that has been exhibited from Larry H ford Mesa. More

I made an appointment to have my spark plugs changed and told them about some other concerns that I had and would like checked. Stephen Ruston did all of the work on my car. He changed my spark plus and coi told them about some other concerns that I had and would like checked. Stephen Ruston did all of the work on my car. He changed my spark plus and coil boots and then located all of my other concerns and repaired those too. All work was finished in a speedy time frame.
