Service My 84 year old mom is on Oxygen... she has a Portable FAA approved Oxygen tank. The car has a outlet in it, so we can plug in her O2 tank to electrici My 84 year old mom is on Oxygen... she has a Portable FAA approved Oxygen tank. The car has a outlet in it, so we can plug in her O2 tank to electricity, well today the plug was pushed in.. so I couldn't plug it in to the outlet. I stop at Berge Ford in Mesa (where the car was bought) I stand for 7mins before someone asked if they could help me... they were all standing around laughing and talking about San Tan Ford... Finally.... my turn, I tell them what's wrong, she says I have to make an appointment (okay just checking) it will be a $100.00 Diagnostic Charge... Really I just told you what's wrong.... I asked will that come off parts or Labor, she looked at me and laughed.. and said NOOO Sooo do I need an Electrian or Mechanic??? SMDH..... More
