Throughout the years I have had very positive experiences interacting with their service department and their body shop. I also observed their engagement in our community, providing support for many worthy causes. Earlier this year I advised Berge of my intent to get a new car this summer. This month I told them I was ready.. I was extremely satisfied once again by the whole process. My sales representative was Scott Jones and he handled things very well as did every other staff member involved in the transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Berge to anyone. It is refreshing to work with a dealer who cares about you after you get your new car and who continues to be a visible and positive presence in the community. I love my new car which is a 2017 Ford Escape! More

Poor Service Department Yesterday I took my brand new 2017 fusion in for its first oil change and for a window repair. Upon arrival, I was informed that, because it was a Sat Yesterday I took my brand new 2017 fusion in for its first oil change and for a window repair. Upon arrival, I was informed that, because it was a Saturday, they would have to double check to make sure they had the type of mechanic needed to service the window. Frustrated at first because, in all honesty, why would they schedule me for a date KNOWING I needed my window fixed if there was the possiblity there might not be someone there to fix it? In addition, when scheduling my appointment, I was told I would receive a rental car if the car could not be fixed in one day and they had to keep it. However, that response changed to "This does not meet the amount of service hours required to qualify for a rental" when I brought the car in. Fast forward 6 hours to after I had picked the car up after its oil change and window repair - I went straight home and parked the car for the night. The next morning, I go to leave and MY CAR DOES NOT START. I receive a nice little notification on my dash that my car has been switched into power saving mode. No lights were left on in the car, and the car was shut off and locked with no notification that anything had been left running the night before. After an hour of trying to figure out how to manually shift the car into neutral to back it into another spot to reach some jumper cables (I live in an apartment with assigned spots), and getting the car to start after jumping it, a yellow wrench light pops up on the dash. What does the manual say? Call the dealership immediately. So I do so, a man named Shaun answers, and after explaining my frustration and wanting to know what happened during the service appointment, I was hung up on. I called back again, spoke with the same mono-toned individual, and had the following conversation: "Is the car drivable?" "Well yea, after I had to jump it". "Well then you can drive the car down at 7am to have it serviced at the dealership". Point blank, attitude and all - if I can drive the car now, then I can drive it to the dealership in the am. I should not have to have my car serviced WHEN I JUST BROUGHT IT IN YESTERDAY FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND WINDOW REPAIR!! I want to know what the xxxx these "certified technicians" did to my car when it is a brand new 2017 Fusion with only 3k miles on it. It's still a baby! I should not have to worry about these issues yet, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS JUST IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND WINDOW REPAIR. My buddy Shaun better hope that they don't tell me I need an appointment to be seen when he told me none was required. He also better hope that I receive a rental if needed, because I don't give a xxxx if my car doesn't meet the "service hour requirement" to qualify. If my car has to be there all day or for multiple days, get me a xxxx rental so I don't have to worry about losing my job while dealing with this bull. More
