Always a pleasant experience to work with this dealership. I have purchased three vehicles from Berge Ford, two from preowned inventory and one from new inventory. All three experiences were great, I did not have to deal with a salesman running back and forth to a manager. We were able to talk frankly with each other and come to a deal that worked for both of us. We worked out the financing through their financing department and I went home with my vehicle. I have all three vehicles serviced at the Berge Ford Service Department. Their service is the best I’ve ever experienced. They are thorough, knowledgeable and they get the issue solved, at a fair price. I have had one experience with their body shop and again, excellent service done right the first time no issues with the car afterwards. Always a pleasant experience to work with this dealership. Told the wife lets go home . Decided to go to Berge Ford as soon as we got off a salesperson ( Steve Countryman )was right by us with a bottle of cold water ( 115 degrees ) Told him what we were looking for and price range .Drove a couple of cars introduce us to Greg Okolita and Fran . Before we new it we were driving home in a new car . This is my 3rd time buying a new vehicle from the Berge Family . Terrible service , would definitely NOT recommend to anyone! They just lie and tell you what you want to hear, without fixing the problem. Totally satisfied Transmission had to be rebuilt on my 2013 Explorer. Covered all but $50 with my extended warranty and I didn't have to do any paperwork or even hassle Transmission had to be rebuilt on my 2013 Explorer. Covered all but $50 with my extended warranty and I didn't have to do any paperwork or even hassle with the company. Even included my rental car. All work was done within 2 days. I even was able to speak with the repair technician about the causes for the repairs, which upped my trust level and experience rating tremendously. Not really happy about needing the rebuild, but that's a Ford issue. The Berge Ford dealership repair facility was great. More
Great Service We were in town for a college graduation and had a flat tire. We were, of course, pressed for time trying to make it to the graduation. Tire stores did not have the particualar tire we needed, so we called Berge Ford who not only had the tire but got us in and out within the hour. The service they provided was efficient and prompt and we made it to the graduation on time! More
Unfortunate I really like the sales side of Berge Ford and have purchased several cars from them. Unfortunately the Service Department is not at the same level. I would not recommend Berge Ford solely based on the Service Department. On our first attempt to have recall work completed we waited 6 hours to discover they did not have the required part in stock and we would need to come back at a later date.. On our second visit the recall work was performed and we felt pretty good about it until a day later when my wife was driving to pick up our kids and the suspension and steering gave out because a bolt was not tightened during the recall work. Fortunately she had not yet made it to the freeway. When we called they let us know they did not have the ability to pickup the car and we would have to have it towed to them to look at. They discovered the bolt was not tightened upon the initial repair and did fix it. My issue with the Service Department is the lack of attention to detail and the disregard they displayed for our time during these repairs caused by their errors. More
