Great experience I needed to buy a new vehicle pretty quick. I went to Berge Ford with my dad on a Friday evening and Miguel showed us three different vehicles and tol I needed to buy a new vehicle pretty quick. I went to Berge Ford with my dad on a Friday evening and Miguel showed us three different vehicles and told us about each one. We test drove the 2018 Ford Escape that evening and it was my favorite of the three. I went back on Saturday and bought the Ford Escape as it had everything I was looking for and things I didn't know I wanted. The buying experience was a little longer than I would have liked but the process was very smooth. The Finance man was also very helpful. He let me know what options I had depending on how I wanted to pay for my Escape. Miguel also would call back to answer any questions I had after I purchased my Escape. I have had my Escape for about 3 weeks now and I love it more every day. Definitely would recommend checking out Berge Ford and the ford line-up. My brother has had three Ford vehicle's but this is my first one. More

As a first time buyer I expected a much more frustrating, stressful and overall difficult experience but the staff, particularly Miguel and Richard made me feel welcome and comfortable. Mary was also great as she made sure I would be qualified, which was a concern of mine again considering I had never purchased a new vehicle from a dealership. I got a great deal and they went above and beyond to make sure I was not only happy, but informed. Will definitely return once it's time for an upgrade. More
