This dealership not only provided my wife top notch,hassle free warranty service even though the car wasn't purchased from them, when I decided to buy a new car and trade in hers they went above notch,hassle free warranty service even though the car wasn't purchased from them, when I decided to buy a new car and trade in hers they went above and beyond what I experienced at any other car dealership in my 58 years of buying cars. Everytime we encountered a hurdle they made sure that we cleared it to my utmost satisfaction. Car we were interested in sold, no problem,they ordered me another and the only one they could order had more equipment that the original. Not a problem- they matched the lessor price to the better equipped car and upped my trade-in as the amount changed during the process through K.B.B. They threw out destination fees,added tinting and met my financial interest rate from an outside source. Way to go guys, will now shop at Berge Ford when in need of a new car. Recently I had my F150 repaired do to being rear ended at a stop light. Berge Ford has been my choice for normal service work. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, and I have been around the block a few times. Everyone at the dealership was eager to help and knowledgeable. This WAS NOT one of those snag your keys and beat you down dealerships. With the rebates and reasonable trade in value offered, I had to act on the offer. Would I do it again? YES!!! My Escape buying experience was amazing. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. There was NO pressure to purchase any vehicle, add-ons or other features. Theresa was sooooo efficient when I came to do the final paperwork. She had everything preprogrammed or installed. She explained all of the features in "crazy grandma" (laywoman's) terms. My previous car is a 2002 Escape..... so this new one is "space age" material. Nathan was also VERY efficient and explained all paper stuff clearly. David Harney, my longtime service agent, recommended Theresa to me..... a good move...... and takes GREAT care of me and my Ford vehicles. He never makes me feel like my numerous questions are stupid. There is at least one Ford dealership within 3 miles of my home, but I continue to go 20+ miles to Berge Ford for all of my vehicle needs. BERGE FORD IS THE GREATEST! More
I had 4000 miles on my 2013 ford F150 pickup truck and the front tires started to rib badly on the inside and out. No detail was too small and no request was too much. They not only made it fun, but jumped through every hoop to make sure the process was the best I've ever experienced. And you know what?
