Great Service Center and Advisor I have been a customer of Berge Ford for 14 yrs and David Harney has been my advisor for most of that time period. He has always looked out for my best interests and helped me and my husband with our vehicles. We have never been steered to the wrong repairs or had to wait for a lengthy time period to get our Escapes back. We Love David Harney! The only thing I am not happy with is the fact that your shuttle service now operates on a first signed in basis, first dropped off. I live 1 mile from Berge and had to ride to Falcon Field before the shuttle would take me home to Southern & Horne! What a waste of gas for Berge Ford and my time! Berge had it right with the old drivers. More

She always greets me in an outgoing friendly manner and takes the time to explain everything to me. She also takes the time to sincerely help me if I have a question or don't understand something. Service My 84 year old mom is on Oxygen... she has a Portable FAA approved Oxygen tank. The car has a outlet in it, so we can plug in her O2 tank to electrici My 84 year old mom is on Oxygen... she has a Portable FAA approved Oxygen tank. The car has a outlet in it, so we can plug in her O2 tank to electricity, well today the plug was pushed in.. so I couldn't plug it in to the outlet. I stop at Berge Ford in Mesa (where the car was bought) I stand for 7mins before someone asked if they could help me... they were all standing around laughing and talking about San Tan Ford... Finally.... my turn, I tell them what's wrong, she says I have to make an appointment (okay just checking) it will be a $100.00 Diagnostic Charge... Really I just told you what's wrong.... I asked will that come off parts or Labor, she looked at me and laughed.. and said NOOO Sooo do I need an Electrian or Mechanic??? SMDH..... More
