I arrived for my 9am appt, no waiting no lines. Young man asked for my confirmation number. Apparently I wasn't on the list. I brought it to his attention and received the "Gen Z stare", I was past off to anyone else. Katlynn took over and handled everything like a pro. Nothing seemed to fluster her. She turned a 1 star complaint into a 5 star at-a-girl. More
