The staff are very unorganized at this dealership. I almost walked out several times because the staff were not helpful and were rude to each other. I was taken to pick up a test drive truck in a car I almost walked out several times because the staff were not helpful and were rude to each other. I was taken to pick up a test drive truck in a car that had 8 miles until empty in the tank and the truck that I purchased we drove back with “0 miles until empty” reading on the dashboard, which I expressed that I was concerned about it but didn’t seem to concern the workers. I purchased my vehicle from Gibby which I liked him but the other staff there were rude to him and didn’t help him find test drive keys so we waited 20 minutes sitting there waiting for keys. I was there for a total of 5 hours and a lot of the time was us sitting around waiting while staff didn’t help. Staff started helping once they realized we were going to actually purchase but we went over almost 3 different trucks because the first one we picked needed a software update and we were told we couldn’t have it until the following day. They also couldn’t tell me what color truck I was getting. Overall, I really like the purchase of my truck but I was not satisfied with my experience at the dealership. More

Astin Espino was a great salesperson. He was fair and not pushy and very helpful. It took long though waiting for the deal to get completed. The wait for the finance guy was too long and He was fair and not pushy and very helpful. It took long though waiting for the deal to get completed. The wait for the finance guy was too long and he was very pushy when it came to additional warranty information. The vehicle was washed but not cleaned properly inside and out. We also had to wait for the vehicle after financing was completed. Total time at dealer was over 5 hours (way too long). I found out the next day that I was missing the tire repair kit. I called Astin and he supposed to get one mailed to me soon. More
